DeMarcay

Planned to include the existing Mission Revival hotel and cigar factory on the site in Sarasota, Florida, DeMarcay is a luxury condominium development with no detail ignored. We partnered with the sales team and developer to design a selections package to hit all the right notes. Each buyer will have the opportunity to customize their unit within the program.  Additionally, we worked with the developer to design the renderings, all the common areas and consult on exterior details, millwork elevations and floor plans.
