Alcove M.D.P.

In the heart of Chicago, Alcove is a condo and townhome development tucked away in one of the most popular neighborhoods in the city. We worked on this project from conception. In addition to designing the selections program, sales center, model homes (coming soon), common areas, renders and consulting on floor plans and millwork elevations, we are managing the buyer selections process. This includes meeting with all buyers to customize their home within our selections program, managing the execution and payment of all selections and upgrades and coordinating with the general contractor to ensure accurate execution in the field.
